Wolf Athletics is dedicated to maintaining an accurate inventory. This means that items you order on wolf-athletics.com are unlikely to be out of stock. However, we may occasionally run out of stock of an item due to high demand. If this is the case for an item you have ordered, we will contact you within the next business day with options. These inventory drops are typically temporary, but we will often have substitutions available should you not wish to wait.
Canceling/Modifying an Order
You can cancel or modify items or orders that have not entered the shipping process by contacting our customer support team. Because our team makes every effort to process orders quickly, we ask that you contact us immediately regarding any changes. If an order is already processing in our warehouse and being packed to ship, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Security of your information is very important to us. For this reason we may sometimes contact our customers prior to shipping an order to ensure accuracy.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it with a copy of the receipt or packing slip for an exchange or for a merchandise refund. Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase in their original new condition and packaging in order to receive a full refund. All refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as it was purchased. Items returned after the 90 day refund period will be refunded in the form of a gift card for the lowest sale price that can be used for a future purchase.
To return or exchange items, ship your return merchandise, along with a copy of your invoice, indicating exchange or return, to the following address via UPS or insured US mail. Wolf Athletics is not responsible for returned packages that are lost during shipment. Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges and credits.
Payment Methods and Payment Authorization
Charges are billed to your credit card when your items ship. When you place an order on our site, an authorization is placed on your credit card in the amount of your order. An authorization is a communication from your bank to our payment system letting us know your card is valid and the required funds are available. On your bank statement these authorizations may show as “pending,” but please keep in mind they are not yet official charges.

Our Graphics Department makes every effort to portray the color of an item as accurately as possible on our listings. However, the color of an item may appear differently according to the settings on your monitor. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of the product color as displayed on your monitor.
We strive to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible. However, despite our best efforts, some product images may prove impossible to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find or create for the product.

To show that we are the best, if you find another price that is lower by at least one dollar, we will beat that price by 10%. Prices valid only at the time of purchase. Auction sites like eBay do not qualify. If you find an item on our site that qualifies for the Price Check Guarantee, simply place an order with us. After you receive your order number, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a link to the product with a lower price. If everything checks out, we will credit your card the difference.
We guarantee express delivery (Overnight, 2nd-Day Air and 3-Day) on all* in-stock items—or we’ll pay for the delivery charge ourselves! Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays. Express delivery guarantees on orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin the following business day. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories will be charged an additional $10 for shipping and handling.
Our delivery rates are for the United States and its outlying territories. International rates may vary. Wolf Athletics proudly stands behind all of its products. We highly value excellent customer service and offer better than industry standard when it comes to product warranties, returns and exchanges. Warranties are awarded to the original purchaser only for defects caused by critical failure of materials or workmanship during normal, legal game play specific to lacrosse.
If all requirements are met, Wolf Athletics offers a one-time replacement of the same or similar product.

Upon receipt, Wolf Athletics will review the product and if the failure is due to a valid defect or valid game play damage/failure, a replacement shaft will be shipped to the customer after return shipping is payed for. All returned items become the property of Wolf Athletics.
Wolf Athletics reserves the right to refuse any replacements or exchanges if we suspect the product failure was due to actions outside of normal game play.

Warranty period for all shafts is as follows from date of purchase with a one-time replacement. Wolf Athletics will do its very best to replace the defective shaft with similar graphics, however this is not guaranteed.
ELEMENT Shaft – 3 month warranty
U-1 ELEMENT Shaft – 9 month warranty
U-2 ELEMENT – 12 month warranty
Ghost Shaft – 5 Year warranty
Drilling additional holes to securely attach a lacrosse head is allowed and will not void warranty.
While our shafts do not wear easily, scratches and chips are considered normal wear and tear and should be expected and are not covered under our limited warranty. Any modifications to the shaft, such as cutting the shaft, will void warranty (exception: Goalie shafts can be cut down to 30” from the bottom of the shaft). Cosmetics coatings are expected to wear over time, however the longevity of the coatings will vary from player to player.
Any evidence of deliberate abuse or excessive flexing, especially outside of normal game play, will void warranty.
Warranty period for all heads is 6 months from date of purchase with a one-time replacement. All heads returned for review must be unstrung.
